국문 초록

본 연구는 초기청소년의 건강위험행동에 주목하고, 부적절한 생활습관이 건강위험행동에 미치는 영향을 경험적으로 검증하고, 이와 더불어 보호요인으로 작용할 것으로 가정한 요인들이 실제로 위험요인의 부정적인 영향을 매개시키는 기능을 하는지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 분석결과는 초기청소년의 위험요인인 부적절한 생활습관과 매개변수인 보호요인이 건강위험행동에 미치는 것으로 확인이 되었으며 이하, 잠재변수와 하위구성변수 간의 영향관계는 모두 유의미한 결과로 분석되었다. 특히, 개인위생과 보호요인, 수면 및 신체활동과 건강위험행동, 보호요인과 건강위험행동의 유의미한 정적인 영향관계를 나타내었다. 이러한 연구를 통해 초기청소년정책 자료를 축적하여 청소년의 건강 증진을 위한 보건 사업에 쓰일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 앞으로 대상 집단을 확대하여 표준화함으로써 청소년을 위한 국가 보건 예방 사업에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study focuses on health risk behaviors of adolescents and empirically validated inappropriate lifestyles impact on health risk behaviors and protective factors, with the assumption that these factors act as functions that actually mediate the negative effects of risk factors seeing how this objective can learn. Effect relationship between the results of these studies are early risk factors of inappropriate lifestyle factors and parameters of protection of the youth it has been found to have less impact on health risk behaviors, latent variables and subcomponents variable was analyzed in all significant results. In particular, personal hygiene and protective factors, sleep and physical activity and health risk behaviors, health risk and protective factors exhibited a significant positive effect relationship between action by accumulating the initial data from this study youth policy for the health of young people It is expected to be used in the health business. By standardizing the future by expanding the target group will be able to help the national health prevention program for youth.
