영문 초록

This study examined the influence of athletic stress of Middle School Taekwondo athletes on exercise immersion and exercise adherence to reduce or remove stress for athletes to provide fundamental material to improve athlete s training efficiency, performance and prevent dropping out. The subjects of this study are middle school Taekwondo athletes who are registered in 2016 Participating in the Taekwondo Competition of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism 250 male and female middle school Taekwondo athletes judgment sample. Total 204 copies excluding insincere surveys were utilized in the analysis of this study. This study conducted exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 18.0 program. As for the result, First, the athletic stress of middle school Taekwondo athlete had significant influence on exercise immersion. Second, the athletic stress of middle school Taekwondo athlete had significant influenoe on exercise adherence. Third, the exercise immersion of middle school Taekwondo athlete had significant influence on exercise adherence.
