영문 초록

This study was processed for verification of the effect of positive psychological capital on burnout in university taekwondo kyoruki players and investigation of mediating effect on mental toughness. The data were collected in the university 418 players with purposive sampling of nonprobability sampling. The Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis using PASW 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 program, and bootstrapping was used to verify the significance of mediating effects. The study has gained the following results: First, positive psychological capital of the university taekwondo kyorugi players had negative effect on burnout. Second, positive psychological capital of the players had positive effect on mental toughness. Third, mental toughness of the players had negatively affect burnout. Fourth, mental toughness of the players fully mediated the relationship between positive psychological capital and burnout.
