초등학교 음악 교과서 국악 창작활동 내용 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국악 창작교육과 관련된 기초 연구로 현재 초등학교에적용되고 있는 5~6학년 음악 교과서 국악 창작활동의 내용을 분석하고 그에 따른특징을 고찰하는 것이다. 이에 따른 연구 내용과 방법으로는 2015 개정 교육과정에따른 초등 5~6학년 음악 교과서 8종을 분석하여 국악 창작영역의 비중, 창작활동유형, 타 활동의 연계 현황, 기보법, 평가 방식 등의 내용을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과로는첫째, 초등 5~6학년 음악 교과서의 국악 창작활동 비중은 20%를 차지하고 있었고, 가장 높은 비중을 차지한 국악 가창활동(42%)에 이어 두 번째로 높게 제시된 영역으로나타났다. 둘째, 국악창작 관련 학습활동의 유형은 노랫말 창작, 붙임새 만들기, 리듬및 장단 창작, 가락 창작, 즉흥 연주, 음악극 만들기가 제시되었고, 활동의 비중은노랫말 창작 37%, 가락 창작 19%, 리듬 및 장단 창작 16%, 붙임새 창작 9%, 음악극8%, 즉흥 연주 6%의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 국악 창작활동과 타 활동의 연계 현황결과로는 가창 연계 41%, 생활화 연계 16%, 기악 연계 14%, 감상 연계 3%로 나타났고, 창작 중심의 활동은 전체 26%로 나타났다. 넷째, 국악 창작활동 기보법으로는 정간보가 52%로 가장 높게 나타났고, 그림 악보 14%, 가락선 악보 13%, 오선보 19% 등으로제시되어 활용되고 있었다. 마지막으로 국악 창작활동의 평가 방식을 분석한 결과, 창작과 관련된 평가 내용을 제시하지 않은 활동이 67%, 평가의 방향만을 제시한 활동이 28%, 평가 기준 및 관점을 제시한 활동이 5%로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This is a basic study related to creative education for Korean traditional music in school and it analyzes the contents of creative activities for Korean traditional music in music textbooks of 5th and 6th grade currently applied to elementary schools and it examines associated characteristics. Using related research contents and methods, analysis was conducted on 8 types of music textbooks for the 5th and 6th grades in elementary school for the curriculum revised for 2015 and observations were made of contents such as the importance of the creative field in Korean traditional music, activity types, connections with other activities, music notations, and evaluation methods. Analysis results showed that first, the importance of creative activities in Korean traditional music for the 5th and 6th grades of elementary school was 20% of the entire curriculum, making them the second highest presented domain after Korean traditional music songs that occupied the greatest amount of importance (42%). Second, lyric writing, buchimsae creation, rhythm and beat creation, melody creation, improvisation, and musical play creation were presented as Korean traditional music creation related activity types and activity importance was 37% for lyric writing, 19% for melody creation, 16% for rhythm and beat creation, 9% for buchimsae creation, 8% for musical plays, and 6% for improvisation, in that order. Third, connections between creative activities of Korean traditional music and other activities showed a 41% connection with songs, a 16% connection with habituation, a 14% connection with instrumental music, and a 3% connection with appreciation and creation focused activity showed a total of 26%. Fourth, with Korean traditional music creative activity music notations, Jeongganbo was being utilized the most at 52%, pictorial music scores were being utilized 14%, melody line notations were being utilized 13%, and staff notations were being utilized 19%. Lastly, analysis of Korean traditional music creative activity evaluation methods showed that 67% of the activities did not present evaluation contents related to creation, 28% were activities that presented only evaluation direction, and 5% were activities that presented evaluation standards and perceptions.
