국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 인성수준이 취업태도와 취업효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 실시되었다. 본 연구의 대상으로 대학생 211명의 자료가 최종 분석에 사용 되었다. 본 연구에서는 인성수준, 취업태도, 취업효능감을 측정하기 위해 인구통계 조사문항을 포함한 총 64개 문항을 본 조사에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 인성수준이 높을수록 취업 태도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 인성은 취업태도에 영향을 미치므로 취업태도 향상을 위해서는 인성교육이 포함되어야 함을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 인성수준이 취업효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 취업효능감을 높이기 위해서는 인성교육과 연계한 교육이 실시되어야 할 것이라 사료된다. 요컨대 인성수준이 취업태도, 취업효능감과 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 본 연구의 결과는 인성교육이 취업교육에 있어 매우 중요한 요소임을 나타낸다. 또한 인성교육은 진로를 결정해야 하는 대학에서 반드시 실시되어야 하는 교육임을 나타낸다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학에서의 인성교육이 취업을 위한 실용적인 교육으로 자리매김 하는데 도움이 되며, 인성교육과 취업교육을 연계한 다양한 프로그램 개발 및 연구에도 활용될 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of character levels of college students on employment attitude and employment efficacy. In this study, 211 college students were used for final analysis. In this study, a total of 64 items including demographic survey items were used in this study to measure character levels, employment attitude, and employment efficacy. The results of this study were as follows. First, the higher the level of character, the higher the attitude of employment. In other words, it can be seen that character education should be included in order to improve the employment attitude because character affects the attitude of work. Second, the level of character has a significant effect on the employment efficacy. In other words, in order to increase the sense of job efficacy, it is thought that education linked with character education should be carried out. The results of this study suggest that character education is a very important factor in employment education. In addition, character education is an education that must be carried out at college where career decisions should be made. The results of this study suggest that character education at college can help to establish practical education for employment and can be applied to the development and research of various programs linking character education and employment education.
