국문 초록

본 논문은 인천시 공공임대주택 내 계층 및 세대 간 포용성에 영향을 미치는 요인 간 인과관계를 규명하기 위하여 지역 특성을 반영한 가구, 계층, 주거, 공공임대주택 및 공동체 요인을 설정하여 분석을 진행하였다. 데이터 분석을 위하여 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 사용하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 남성보다 여성이, 가구원수가 많을수록, 대학교 졸업 이상, 총자산이 적을수록, 공공임대주택에 거주하거나 공공임대주택정책에 대해 알고 있는 가구일수록, 희망하는 공공임대주택의 입지가 현재지역이 아닌 역세권, 직장근처, 대학가일수록, 주거환경 내 입주자 소통공간이 필요하다고 응답한 가구일수록 계층 및 세대 간 혼합의 필요성에 대해 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회초년생과 공공임대주택 거주자의 계층 및 세대 간 혼합의 필요성이 있다고 선택할 확률이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 주거 포용 선호분석 결과 한부모 가정 및 취약계층, 고령자, 다문화가정, 장애우 순으로 선호 계층결과가 나타났다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 공공임대주택 내 세대 및 계층 포용성 및 사회 통합 주거정책이 수립되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the recognition of social mix and the inclusion for the vulnerable class in public rental housing, focusing on diverse household types in Incheon. As an analytical method, a binary logistic regression model is applied. The main findings are as follows. First, public rental housing residents and social beginner group showed relatively more positive on the social inclusion in the residential environment. Second, the youth group who preferred the station area or around the workplace for the residential location showed higher social inclusion in public rental housing than the old group who preferred the current area for the residential location. Third, in terms of the preferred household type, the multi-cultural family and the disabled class appeared to be relatively lower than the single parents and the elderly group. Finally, creating community space with well-organized social programs will improve the social mix in the public rental housing as well as increasing their quality of life.
