국문 초록

본 연구는 글로벌 한국기업의 효율적인 조직문화관리 방안제시를 목적으로 한다. 글로벌화라는 경제구조의 변화에 따라 다양한 문화배경을 지닌 인력이 필요하게 되었다. 한국기업에서 다양한 국적의 외국인 근로자가 증가하고, 해외로 진출하는 기업의 증가로 해외파견 주재원도 증가하고 있다. 이에 문화다양성에 대한 이해는 더욱 중요해졌다. 이처럼 기업활동이 다국적화되면서 구성원의 문화다양성에 대한 이해능력이 더욱 요구되는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 한국기업의 다문화집단화가 이루어지고 있다고 보고, 이들에 대한 효율적인 인적관리체계 방법을 제안한다. 이는 글로벌 기업의 효율적인 인적관리체계로, 다문화역량을 갖춘 인재를 양성할 수 있는 프로그램 개발하여야 하고 대학 등 고등교육에서 기업·무역, 정치·교육, 사회·문화의 영역으로 세분화한 교육을 실시하는 것이다.

영문 초록

This study suggests an efficient organizational culture management plan for global Korean companies. As the economic structure of globalization has changed, people with diverse cultural backgrounds have become necessary. In Korea, the number of foreign workers with diverse nationalities has increased, and the number of foreign companies has increased due to the increase of foreign companies. Understanding cultural diversity became more important. As companies become more multinational, their ability to understand cultural diversity is increasingly required. Therefore, this study suggests that multicultural grouping of Korean companies is taking place, and suggests an effective method of human management system for them. This is to develop a program that can cultivate talented people with multicultural competence as an efficient human resources management system of global corporations, and to provide education in the fields of enterprise, trade, politics, education, society and culture in tertiary education.
