Purpose - Jeju Oreum is a favorite tourist service among many Jeju Wellness activities. Based on this importance, information provision of Jeju Oreum can be regarded as a very important procedure of tourism service. Recently, there has been an increasing tendency for tourists to experience wellness activities in Jeju to maintain and improve their health. Especially, the number of tourists enjoying the ups and downs of Jeju is increasing. Research design, data, and methodology - However, it is not easy to collect accurate information of current ascension in enjoying ascension, and especially, there is a high demand for information on resting year. In this regard, this study is in the process of introducing a break-in period to protect Jeju Island. Specifically, tourists and residents are aware of the situation of breaks by searching the Internet or contacting the person in charge for correct information. Results - Therefore, this study suggested possibility of developing chatbot service as information providing service. Dialog Flow was used for this development, and Korean morphological analysis was performed using mecab morphoreme analyzer. In particular, this study opened up Python using a Jupiter notebook and added items to the user dictionary by running a user prebuild script and Powershell. Conclusions - T hrough this procedure, this study finally presented a realization of user-based chatbot service. Of course, these chatbot services are basically expected to evolve into artificial intelligence based deep learning technology. In the future, it is hoped to develop an improved deep learning based chatbot that links knowledge systems.
