영유아를 위한 양성평등 교육의 어려움에 관한 질적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 영유아를 위한 양성평등 교육의 어려움을 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 유치원과 어린이집에 재직 중인 총 9명의 현직 교사로 개별 면담과 집단 면담을 통해 연구 자료를 수집하였다. 인터뷰는 반 구조화된 설문지를 토대로 진행되었으나 인터뷰의 내용에 따라 이미 준비된 반 구조화된 질문지를 수정·보완하여 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 전사과정을 거쳐 분류 및 요목화가 이루어졌으며 연구 결과를 바탕으로 결론을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, [인식에서 오는 어려움]은 <교사 본인의 인식 문제>, <부모의인식문제>, <사회적인식 문제>로나타나영유아를위한양성평등교육의어려움은교사본인, 부모, 사회가 함께 해결해야 할 문제로 생각할 수 있었다. 둘째, [물리적 환경에서 오는 어려움]에 관한 주제 군에서는 <교구교재의문제>, <그림책의문제>, <영상매체의문제>로 주제가 분류되어 영유아를 위한 양성평등교육의 어려움을 해결하기 위해서는 교재교구 뿐 아니라 그림책, 영상매체 등 영유아 주변 매체에 대한 점검이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 질적 연구로 연구결과를 일반화하기에는 다소 무리가 있으나, 영유아를 위한 양성평등 교육에 관한 기초 자료를 제공함으로써 양성평등을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발에 기여할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the difficulties of gender equality education for infants and children. The study targets a total of nine teachers working in kindergartens or daycare centers, and the research data was collected through individual interviews and group interviews. The interview was based on a semi-structured questionnaire, but the questionnaire prepared was modified and supplemented according to the content of the interview. All of the collected data have been transferred, classified and concretised. Also, conclusions have been drawn based on the results of the study. The results of this study are as follows: First, [Difficulties from recognition] appeared in , and , so the difficulty of gender equality education for infants and children could be thought of as a problem that teachers own, parents, and society had to solve together. Second, on the [Difficulties from physical environments] were classified as , and . Therefore, in order to solve the difficulties of gender equality education for infants and children, it is necessary to check teaching materials, picture books and video media near infants and children. This research is a qualitative study, so that it is difficult to generalize the results of the study. However, this research will contribute to the development of education programs for gender equality by providing basic data on education of gender equality for infants and children.
