재난약자 소방안전교육의 인식차이 분석

국문 초록

전업주부들은 왜 남성이나 직장에 다니는 여성(이하 직장여성으로 칭함)보다 상대적으로 화재 등 재난에 취약한지에 대해 의문을 해소하기 위해 직장여성ㆍ전업주부 여성을 대상으로 설문조사를 했으며, 내용으로는 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 여성이 직장이 있고 없음과(직장여성과 전업주부) 학력ㆍ연령ㆍ주거형태의 차이가 안전의식수준에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지? 둘째, 소방안전교육 수준의인식(전업주부ㆍ직장여성ㆍ재난 경험여성ㆍ재난 무경험 여성)은 안전의식 수준에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지? 셋째, 소방안전교육체험이(전업주부ㆍ직장여성ㆍ재난경험여성ㆍ재난무경험여성) 안전의식 수준에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지 등이다. 조사결과 인구사회학적특성 중 학력, 연령, 주거 형태에서는 유의한 차이가 없었으나 직업이 있는 여성이, 재난의 경험이 있는 여성이, 소방안전 교육경험이 있는 여성이 안전의식수준이 높다는 유의한 결과가 나왔다 또한 재난대처를 위한 소방안전교육방식으로는 이론과 체험을 병행하는 교육을 선호했다, 분석결과전업주부가 직장여성보다 안전 의식수준이 낮은 이유 중에 하나로 소방안전교육을 접할 기회가 상대적으로 적음에 기인한다는 것을 알 수 있으므로 전업주부의 안전의식수준 향상을 위해서 전업주부를 위한 주택 내에서의 재난 예방법, 소화기 사용법, 응급처치법 등 가정에서 알아야 할 필수적인 내용ㆍ재난발생시 어린이나 노부모 등 동반 가족이 있을 때 또는 임산부일 때 대처방법과 소방안전교육 시 이론위주교육 보다는 다양한 재난, 재해에도 적응할 수 있는 체험을 가미한 소방안전교육 등 전업주부의 특성을 고려한 표준화된 소방안전교육프로그램을 개발 지속적ㆍ반복적으로 교육을 해나가야 할 것이다, 또한 전업주부들이 직장여성처럼 생활 테두리 내에서 자연스럽게 소방안전교육을 받을 수 있도록 평상시 주로 출입하는 체육시설(헬스클럽, 수영장 )등으로 찾아가는 소방안전교육이 필요할 것이다. 물론 이런 맞춤형 교육을 위해서는 강의를 전담할 수 있는 전문 인력에 대한 수급 또한 해결 되어야 할 선행 과제 중 하나 일 것이며 이러한 전문 인력들이 머리를 맞대고 전업주부들의 연령별 다양한 특성에 부합하는 안전교육 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 지역별 또는 환경적 특성에 맞는 교육과 기회 제공을 통해 재난약자인 전업주부의 안전의식수준을 지속적으로 향상시켜나가야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

In order to eliminate the question of why housewives are more vulnerable to fire and other disasters than men or women or women at work (hereinafter referred to as working women), housewives surveyed women at work or full-time housewives. First, how does the difference in education, age, and housing type affect the level of safety consciousness among women with and without work (demographic and socioeconomic characteristics)? Second, how does the perception of fire safety education level (full-time housewife, working woman, disaster-experienced woman, disaster inexperienced woman) affect the level of safety consciousness? Third, how does the experience of fire safety education affect the level of safety consciousness (full-time housewife, working woman, disaster-experienced woman, disaster inexperienced woman)? As a result of the analysis, it can be known that the housewife has less chance of accessing the fire safety education as one of the reasons that the safety consciousness level is lower than that of the working woman. Therefore, in order to improve the safety consciousness level of the full - time housewife, Essential contents to know at home such as disaster prevention method, fire extinguisher usage method, first aid method, etc. In case of disaster, when there is a family with children or elderly parents, or when there is a pregnant woman, coping methods and fire safety education can be adapted to various disasters and disastersIt will continue to develop a standardized fire safety education program considering the characteristics of full-time housewives such as fire safety education, In addition, fire fighters should go to a sports facility (health club, swimming pool) where the housewives of a full-time worker usually go in and out to get fire safety education naturally within the framework of life such as working women. Of course, This is one of the prior tasks that need to be solved, and it is necessary to develop safety education contents that meet the various characteristics of full-time housewives, It is necessary to continuously improve the level of safety consciousness of the full-time housewife who is the victim of the disaster.
