영문 초록

Linolenic acid has been identified as the unstable component of soybean oil. The development of genotypes with reduced linolenic acid content is the goal of some breeding programs in soybean. This study was conducted to detect SSR markers linked to fan locus that controls linolenic acid content in soybean seed. Total 91 F₂ progenies were derived from the cross of Jinpumkong2 (Fan1Fan1) and T280 (fan1fan1). SSR primers from soybean molecular linkage map B2 were used to detect the parental polymorphism. Random five seeds from each of the F₂ plants and parents were bulked and analysed to determine linolenic acid content. Satt560 primer showed a parental polymorphism and was segregated in F₂ population with 1 : 2 : 1 expected segregation ratio. Linolenic acid content (mg/g) of “Jinpumkong2” and “T280” was 16.6 and 9.9, respectively. Linolenic content in F₂ population varied in a fashion that suggested a continuous, polygenic inheritance. Transgressive segregation for linolenic acid was observed in F₂ population. Satt560 primer was significantly associated with fan1 locus responsible for linolenic acid content. Average linolenic acid content of AA genotype (“Jinpumkong2” parent allele) and BB genotype (“T280” parent allele) by Satt560 marker was 16.9 and 10.5, respectively. Mean of heretozygote allele was 13.7. Satt560 marker would be used to develop the lines with low linolenic acid content in soybean breeding program.
