국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 활동하고 있는 의료관광코디네이터들의 직무역량과 직무성과 사이의 영향관계를 확인하고, 추가적으로 직무몰입의 조절역할에 대해 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구의 실증분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무역량을 구성하는 요인으로 태도, 지식, 기술을 선정하고, 직무성과를 구성하는 요인으로 맥락적 수행과 과업적 수행요인을 언급하여 분석한 결과, 직무역량의 세 가지 구성요인 모두 과업적 수행성과에 유의한 영향관계를 나타냈으며, 기술요인을 제외한 지식과 태도 요인이 맥락적 수행성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 직무 몰입은 직무역량과 직무성과 사이에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 국가전략산업으로 주목하고 있는 한국의료관광산업의 핵심 인력인 의료관광 코디네이터의 새로운 직무특성을 고려한 직무역량들을 발견하고, 직무성과로 이어질 수 있는 효율적인 양성방안과 교육 프로그램 개발이 조직적·국가적 차원에서 시행될 수 있도록 하는데 전략적인 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship of job competency and job performance of medical tourism coordinators in Korea and to analyze the role of control of job involvement additionally. The results of this study are as follows: First, As a result of selecting attitude, knowledge and skill as the factors that constitute job competency and selecting contextual performance and task performance as the factors that constitute job performance, three components of job competency all had significant influences on task performance and two components of job competency(attitude, knowledge) except for skill factor had a significant influence on contextual performance. Second, Job involvement had moderating effects in the relationship between job competency and job performance. Finally, the conclusion section suggested strategic implications for development of effective training programs and educational programs that can lead to job performance at an organizational and national level by discovering job competencies that take into account new job characteristics of the medical tourism coordinator in Korea.
