영문 초록

This paper aims for shedding a light on association between organization performance and various explanatory variables; governmental ownership, bureaucrat record of CEOs and managerial succession of banking industry in ROK. The data of 11 banks in ROK from 2000 to 2017 reveals that governmental ownership of bank and succession has negative effects on organizational performance but bureaucrat record contributes to enhancing performance, also offsetting negative effects of governmental ownership and succession with no statistical significance. This result implies frequent succession can bring negative effect on organizational performance.
