교통안전체험센터의 중요도와 만족도 인식에 관한 연구: IPA기법을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 교통안전체험센터의 설립과 운영을 고도화시키기 위한 참고자료로서, IPA기법을 활용하여 사용자들의 중요도와 만족도를 분석하였다. 이를 위해, 교통안전체험센터의 상품 서비스품질을 물리적 환경, 이론프로그램, 체험프로그램, 교육서비스, 행정서비스의 5개 분야로 나눠 측정항목으로 적용하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 교통안전체험센터의 중요도와 만족도간의 차이를 분석하기 위해 대응표본 t검정 결과, 상품 서비스품질요인 중 물리적 환경, 이론프로그램, 체험프 로그램, 교육서비스에서 중요도와 만족도간에 유의하게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 상품 서비스품질 요인의 중요도-만족도 IPA분석에서는 체험 프로그램과 이론 프로그램은 1사분면 유지 강화 구간에 해당되어 있고, 물리적 환경은 3사분면인 열등 순위 구간, 4사분면인 과잉 지양 구간에는 교육서비스와 행정서비스가 포함되어 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째 교통안전체험센터의 만족도가 공감성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 만족도는 공감성에 유의하게 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있어 지속적인 만족도 관리가 사용자의 공감성을 얻는 데 중요함을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The study analyzed the importance and performance of users by using IPA as a reference material for enhancing the establishment and operation of the traffic safety experience center in Korea. For this purpose, the product service quality of the traffic safety experience center was divided into five factors: physical environment, theory program, experience program, education service, and administration service. The results of the study are as follows : First, in order to analyze the difference between the importance and the performance of the traffic safety experience center, the correspondence sample t test showed that there was a significant difference between the importance and the performance in the physical environment, theory program, experience program and education service. Second, the IPA results of the product service quality factors showed that experience programs and theory programs are positioned in the first quadrant, and the physical environment is included in the third quadrant. On the other hand, in the fourth quadrant, education and administration services were included. Third, as a result of the regression analysis to find out the effect of the performance level of the traffic safety experience center on empathy, it is shown that the performance level has a significant influence on the empathy. Therefore, it is confirmed that continuous performance levelmanagement is important for obtaining empathy of users.
