토픽모델링과 의미연결망 분석을 통한 예술경영 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 예술경영분야에 대한 연구동향을 파악하고자 LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)기반의 토픽모델링과 의미연결망 분석(Semantic Network Analysis)기법을 적용하여 연구하였다. 국내 예술경영분야의 대표적인 ‘예술경영연구’에 수록된 2001년부터 2017년까지 총 286편의 논문명과 주제어를 분석대상으로, 학술적 연구토픽의 추세와 토픽 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석에는 오픈 소프트웨어인 R프로그램과 표준 통계 소프트웨어 SPSS를 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 토픽모델링 분석결과, 8개의 주요 연구토픽이 도출되었고, ‘문화예술교육’, ‘미디어’, ‘시각예술’, ‘문화예술정책’, ‘공연예술’, ‘문화마케팅’, ‘관객조사 및 개발’, ‘문화산업’ 순으로 비중 있게 다루어졌다. 둘째, 추이 분석 결과, ‘공연예술’ 영역의 연구토픽만이 상승세를 보였다. 셋째, 의미연결망 분석결과, ‘문화’, ‘예술’, ‘박물관’, ‘공연’, ‘관람객’, ‘관객’, ‘정책’, ‘음악’, ‘경영’, ‘전략’, ‘마케팅’, ‘산업’, ‘콘텐츠’, ‘전시’, ‘도시’, ‘교육’, ‘미술관’ 등은 예술경영 연구의 의미구조와 맥락을 형성하는데 매우 주요한 역할을 하였다. 특히, 예술경영분야에서 ‘마케팅’,‘산업’, ‘콘텐츠’, ‘전시’, ‘교육’, ‘도시’ 등과 관련한 연구가 주로 이루어지고 있었으며, ‘관객’, ‘관람객’은 매개역할을 하여 ‘구매의도’, ‘만족도’, ‘참여동기’, ‘서비스품질’ 등 으로 이어지는 연구들에 관심이 높아지고 있었다.

영문 초록

The goal of the present study id to identify the research trend in the field of arts management in Korea. To this end, we collected titles and key words of papers published in major journals such as the Journal of the Korean association of arts management during 2001 and 2017. After that, we applied the well-received topic modeling technique, Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) and Semantic Network Analysis(SNA) to the collected data sets. The research findings of the study are as follows: 1) As a result of the topic modeling analysis, 8 major research topics(‘culture and art education’, ‘media’, ‘visual arts’, ‘culture and art policy’, ‘performing arts’, ‘cultural marketing’, ‘audience survey’ and ‘cultural industry’) were derived. 2) The regression results indicated that only ‘performing arts’ was hot topic. 3) The results of the semantic network analysis show that ‘culture’, ‘art’, ‘museum’, ‘performance’, ‘audience’, ‘policy’, ‘music’, ‘management’, ‘strategy’, ‘arts’, ‘industry’, ‘content’, ‘exhibition’, ‘city’, ‘education’, and ‘museum’ played a major role in forming the context and context of the Journal of the Korean association of arts management.
