국문 초록

초고령화 사회에 근접한 우리나라는 골밀도 검사의 수요가 매년 증가하고 있다, 이에 WHO의 진단 기준을 적용할 수 있는 가장 적합한 골밀도 측정기인 DXA의 안전하고 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 효율적인 관리 프로그램을 개발하여 장비의 관리부터 일관된 검사와 결과 및 해석에서 정확도 및 정밀도 향상을 위한 프로그램을 설계하고 고품질의 DXA 보고서를 작성하여 골다공증 진단의 가치를 높이는데 목적이 있다. DXA의 효율적인 관리는 장비에서의 일일 정도관리부터 주기적인 팬텀 측정을 하여 장비의 오류를 방지할 수 있는 프로그램과 검사자의 정밀도를 관리하기 위한 프로그램을 제시하였다. 또한 검사 시 발생할 수 있는 함정들을 사전에 미리 예방하는 프로그램 및 검사자료의 호환성 평가 방법과 방사선 안전관리에 관한 내용들을 포함하여 검사 지침서 작성과 표준운영절차를 제정할 것을 권고한다. 고품질의 DXA 보고서를 생성하려면 그에 따른 관련 규제가 필요하다. 정부와 관련기관에서는 DXA 측정과 교육프로그램 및 훈련 등을 통한 개인 인증과 시설 인정 프로그램을 도입하고 초고령화 사회에 대비한 골밀도 검사에 관련된 모든 사항의 가이드라인을 작성하여 고품질의 DXA 검사 보고서 작성을 위한 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

In recent years, demand for examination of bone mineral density (BMD) is increasing in Korea according aging society. Therefore, it is required to develop an efficient management program that can increase the safety and reliability of Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DXA) that can be applied to the criteria of the World Health Organization. It is necessary to develop a management program that can design a program to improve the accuracy and precision of the results of the analysis and to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of osteoporosis by development a high quality DXA report. It is recommended to prepare the examination manuals and to establish procedures of standard operating including the program to prevent the pitfalls during the examination, the compatibility evaluation of the examination data, and the contents of the radiation safety. In addition, relevant regulations on the production of high-quality DXA reports are required and government and related agencies should intro-duce individual and facility recognition programs through DXA measurement and education programs and training. It is considered that efforts should be made to prepare high quality DXA report by guidelines on all aspects of BMD for preparation about aging society.
