국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 베이비붐 세대의 재능기부활동만족이 부부만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 자아존중감이 두 변수 간의 매개효과를 검증하여, 부부만족도 향상을 위한 이론적 기여와 실천적 방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 서울시 등 6개 도시에 거주하는 베이비붐 세대 240명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 자아존중감이 갖는 매개효과와 유의성을 검증하였으며, 연구의 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재능기부활동만족은 부부만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재능기부활동만족이 자아존중감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 파악했다. 셋째, 자아존중감이 부부만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 밝혔다. 넷째, 자아존중감은 재능기부활동만족과 부부만족도의 관계에서 완전매개를 하고 있었으며, 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보여 주었다. 이를 통해 베이비붐 세대의 재능기부활동만족을 향상시켜서 부부만족도를 극대화할 수 있는 방안으로서 자신의 가치를 인정하고 존중하는 자아존중감의 중요성과 필요성을 제시하였으며, 베이비붐 세대의 부부만족도를 높이기 위한 이론적 논의와 실천적 함의를 제시한 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the Baby Boomers’ talent donation activity satisfaction on the marital satisfaction level to verify the mediated effects of self-esteem between the two variables to present theoretical contributions and practical measures to improve the marital satisfaction level. For this purpose, 240 Baby Boomers in six cities including Seoul were analyzed. Data analysis was verified for the mediation and significance of self-esteem sensitivity using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program, and the main analysis results of the study are as follows. First, talent donation activities satisfaction have a significant effect on marital satisfaction. Second, we found that satisfaction with talent donation has a significant impact on self-esteem. Third, self-esteem has a significant effect on marital satisfaction. Fourth, self-esteem was fully developed in relation to the relationship between talent donation activity and marital satisfaction, and showed statistically significant results. By doing so, he suggested the importance and necessity of self-respecting sense of self-respect and respect for the value of self-esteem as a way to maximize the talent donation activities of the baby boomers, and suggested theoretical discussions and practical implications to enhance the satisfaction of the Baby Boomers.
