This Research deals with the lecture quality that is in progress at minor circulation enterprises and can affect to not only educational contentment but also customer oriented spirit of employees which is based on the subject arise from prior investigation.
This Research also deals with the relations between job satisfaction and customer oriented spirit of employees as a result of their educational contentment from service lecture. From the actual research of investigation we can seek the solution of what the service lecture can influence on and how to manage employees of minor circulation enterprises.
As a result of my research by a letter of inquiry, I made a conclusion that the service lecture quality is actually influence on the educational contentment. And the educational contentment is affirmatively affect to job satisfaction of employees. In sequence, the job satisfaction influence on the customer oriented spirit by employees.
The most fundamental cause of affect on service lecture is originated from the lack of educational awareness, therefore to establish desirable and correct idea, the employee’s variation of awareness must be preceded. Service lecture must be considered importantly not only at circulation enterprises but also hotel, department store, the tourism, the restaurant industry, hospital, government and public office, leisure industry, etc. Thus, parallel research followed by verification analysis may need with these industries.
For this reason, further research must deal with an indepth study about service lecture quality in the field of these industries.
