국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비은퇴자의 생산적 활동이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써 예비은퇴자들의 삶의 질을 높이고, 효과적으로 은퇴 이후의 생산적인 노후를 준비할 수 있는 대안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구방법은 예비은퇴자의 생산적 활동과 생활만족도 간의 관계를 파악하기 위해서 기술통계 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로서 예비은퇴자의 월평균소득은 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 예비은퇴자의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 생산적 활동과 관련한 독립변수들의 상대적 영향력을 규명한 결과, 교육프로그램, 여가활동욕구 순으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 예비은퇴자들을 위한 소득수준과 근로조건의 개선, 재취업활동, 자원봉사활동, 자아실현활동 분야의 교육프로그램, 성별로 세분화된 여가시스템 도입과 같은 정부와 기업의 정책과 서비스 전략을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of pre-retiree s productive activities on life satisfaction, to improve the quality of life of pre-retirees and to find an alternative to prepare productive retirement after retirement effectively. The descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted to investigate the relationship between pre-retiree s productive activities and life satisfaction. As a result of the study, the monthly average income of the pre-retirees had a positive effect and the working conditions(daily workers) had a negative influence. A result of identifying the relative influence of independent variables related to productive activities affecting the life satisfaction of pre-retiree, the results were as follows: First, education programs, second, the needs for living after retirement were ranked. Based on the results of this study, we suggested policies and service strategies of government and corporations such as improvement of income level and working conditions for retirees, educational programs such as re-employment activities, voluntary activities, self-realization activities, and introduction of leisure system subdivided by gender for pre-retirees.
