영문 초록

The sharply conflicting competition between countries along with the coming of the age of customers especially demand that the government escape from the past authoritative administration and provide administration services from the viewpoint of the residents with the realization of customers and customer oriented administration. One of the active methods to meet these dramatic environmental changes is a study on the residents satisfaction according to the residents evaluation model. This article is to develop on the formation and application strategy of civil evaluation group in local government with focused on Seosan City.
