This study deals with legislation on the formation and development of environment rights and the change of environmental laws concerned to the international environmental declamation and agreement and to the judicial
precedents on environmental disputes.
Since 1960 s, The conception of environment rights deals with the serious pollution and destruction of natural ecosystem as the components of laws.
In conclusion, this paper consists of between Korea environment law s development and the foreign legislation laws case.
