영문 초록

Xi’an has witnessed a rapid development of MICE industry in terms of both quality and quantity over the last ten years. Its development has provided stimulus not only for the economy of Shaanxi Province, but also for the economy of the whole West of China. To raise the new industry up to a higher level of efficiency and effectiveness, cultivation of the applicable talents proves essential. Based on the analysis of resources and potential advantages of developing MICE industry, this paper attempts to suggest that the cultivation of specialized talents is the top priority in developing MICE industry in Xi’an.
