영문 초록

Since the founding of new China, China s economic development has made brilliant achievements, and social undertakings have been developing rapidly. At present, the health challenges facing the development of the cause, medical costs rose too fast, too heavy burden of medical residents, and medical care can be decreased, township hospitals and other health institutions in trouble, a patient is not satisfied with the two sides, dissatisfied with the health institutions, Government is not satisfied with the situation. The health status of rural residents was significantly lower than the level of cities. Over the last decade of rural residents in the incidence of the disease increased, a number of infectious diseases, endemic diseases remain a serious hazard to the health of rural residents. Yin bing zhipin farmers, returning illness has become one of the major causes of rural poverty. Therefore, we must be people‐centered, effectively implementing the scientific concept of development, and improvement of people, especially in the health status of rural residents, and vigorously develop rural health services. From the actual situation of China s rural population accounts for 57 percent of the population, to solve your doctor farmers, the problem of medical treatment, the key to start from the following aspects: First, the effective implementation of all levels of government financial input must strengthen. The second is to further improve the system of rural health institutions. The third is nearly pushed the reform, Fang huo business. The fourth is to strengthen supervision and standardize services.
