영문 초록

Psychological Conflict means inner conflict of men, derived from confronting two or more motives. Psychological Conflict occurs when two or more antagonistic needs, wants, drives occurs in mind of men. The power vector of psychological conflict is opposite. The reason to study psychological conflict is to understand policy conflict thoroughly. And more understanding of psychological conflict makes us understand human Behavior and human mind in full. So if we know the types of psychological conflict we can understand from strength to strength policy conflicts and public debates. So we will study the typologies of psychological conflicts. The Scope of the types of psychological conflicts we will search are frustration conflict, goal conflict, role conflict, decision conflict. This paper will contribute to understand policy conflicts or public debates more thoroughly.
