영문 초록

This study is to build the inter-city networking systems of Korean local governments at the global level. The basic content and theoretical background of inter-city networking are introduced. General characteristics, realities, possibilities and speculations concerning international city networking are considered. This study searches for a variety of networking instances and organizes them in terms of comprehensive and partial policy. Bases on analysis and the review of the critical experience, this study tries to suggest the basic directions and principles for the urban networking strategies of the local government.
