예비유아교사의 창의성과 놀이성 및 놀이교수효능감 간의 관계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 창의성과 놀이성 및 놀이교수효능감 간의 관계를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울시와 경기도에 위치한 3년제 대학의 유아교육과에 재학 중인 예비 유아교사 250명이었다. 연구자료는 예비교사의 ‘창의성검사’, ‘놀이성검사’, ‘놀이교수효능감 검사’ 설문지를 통해 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 처리하였으 며, 연구문제에 따라 Pearson의 상관분석과 단계적 중다회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 창의성과 놀이성, 놀이교수효능감 간의 관계 분석 결과 예비유아교사의 놀이교수효능감은 창의성, 놀이성과 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 놀이교수효능감 하위요인 및 놀이교수효능감 전체에 대한 창의성, 놀이성의 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과 예비유아교사의 창의성이 놀이교수효능감 하위요인 및 놀이교 수효능감 전체를 예측하는 가장 유의미한 정적 예측요인으로 밝혀졌으며, 놀이성이 추가될 경우 설명력이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 놀이성의 하위요인 중 쾌활성이 놀이교수효능감에 영향을 주는 예측요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 예비유아교사의 놀이교수효능감 증진을 위한 방안으로 예비교사양성 과정에서 창의성과 놀이성 향상을 위한 노력이 요구됨을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between playfulness, creativity and play teaching efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were 250 pre-service early childhood teachers in early childhood education departments of three-year colleges in Seoul and Kyonggi-do. Research data were collected through the questionnaire of ‘creativity’, ‘playfulness’, ‘play teaching efficacy’ of pre-service teachers. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson’s correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study were as follows: first, it was found that pre-service early childhood teacher’s play teaching efficacy had a positive correlation with creativity and playfulness. Second, as a result of analyzing the relative influence of creativity and playfulness on pre-service early childhood teachers’s sub - factors of play teaching efficacy and play teaching efficacy as a whole, it was found that the creativity of the pre-service early childhood teachers is the most significant predictor factor for predicting sub-factors of play teaching efficacy and play teaching efficacy as a whole and when playfulness is added explanatory power is increased. Also, among the sub-factors of playfulness, vivacity was the most influential factor in play teaching efficacy. These results suggest that efforts to improve creativity and playfulness are needed to enhance play teaching efficacy in the curriculum of early childhood pre-service teachers
