체육 교과 수행평가 100% 반영 정책에 따른 학생 평가 쟁점 고찰

국문 초록

이 연구는 2016년부터 선택적으로 시행되고 있는 체육 교과 수행평가 100% 반영 정책에 대한 현장 적용 사례들을 살펴보고 수행평가 100% 반영 정책에 대한 쟁점들을 고찰하여 학교 현장에 학생 평가의 효율적인 운영과 적용을 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 연구 진행을 위해 J도 체육교과연구회 참여 체육 교사들 중 2016년부터 체육 교과 수행평가 100% 반영으로 체육 수업을 진행하며 관련 자료들과 경험이 풍부한 교사 4인과 교사 4인이 추천하는각 학교 학생 1명씩을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며 학교별 수행평가 관련 자료들과 심층 면담을 통한 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 수행평가 100% 반영 선택 시 학교 실정과 학습자의 특성을 파악하여 보다 신중히 선택해야 할 것이며 수행평가 100% 반영에서 오는 평가의 효율성, 타당도, 신뢰도 확보를 위한 준비가 우선시 되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 수행평가의 반영 비율만 늘리는 형식적인 운영이 아닌 다양한 평가 방식을 활용한 과정 평가가 진행될 수 있도록 평가 방법과 내용을 새롭게 구성하는 노력이 필요하다. 셋째, 체육의 이론과 실기의 분리된 수업이 아닌 융합적인 수업을 통해 지필평가의 부재에서 오는 인지적인 영역에 대한 보강을 위한 수행평가 방법이 필요할 것이다. 넷째, 수행평가 100% 반영 시 과정 중심 평가와 평가의 공정성, 타당도, 신뢰도 확보를 위한 교사의 전문성 역량 개발이 매우 중요한 요소가 되었다.

영문 초록

This study is intended to examine field application cases of the 100% reflection policy of physical education(PE) performance assessment that has been selectively implemented since 2016 and to consider the issues on the policy, so that student assessment can be effectively operated and applied in schools. For the study, four PE teachers who have conducted their classes with PE performance assessment fully reflected and have related resources and experiences were selected along with four students recommended by each of the teachers among PE teachers who join the Physical Education Research Association in J-province. The data collected through each school s performance assessment resources and in-depth interviews were analyzed. The results are as follows. First, in choosing 100% reflection of performance assessment, it is necessary to understand the actual situation of school and the characteristics of learners. The efficiency, validity and reliability of assessment from 100% reflection should be considered first. Second, rather than perfunctory operation that increases reflection ratio of performance assessments, it is necessary to reorganize evaluation methods and contents in order process assessments with various methods applied to be implemented. Third, through integrated lessons, instead of those with PE s theory and practice separated, cognitive domain, which can be insufficient due to the absence of paper assessments, should be compensated in the performance assessment methods. Fourth, it is crucial to develop teachers professionalism to guarantee process-oriented assessments and fairness, validity and reliability of assessments when 100% performance assessments are reflected.
