국문 초록

본 연구는 정서적 학대의 회복과정을 수용 받지 못한 경험이 자동화되어 자신을 억압시키며 성장할 수밖에 없었던 자녀가 자신의 욕구를 자각하고 표현하면서 구조화되었던 자기표상을 변화시키는 과정으로 보았다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 하나의 현상을 사회적 맥락으로 바라보고 해석하는 자문화기술지의 연구방법을 사용하였다. Steele의 정서적 학대 개념을 대상관계이 론을 바탕으로 설명하였고 자동반사적인 패턴을 신경과학의 이론으로 보충하여 과학적으로 해석하고 이해할 수 있도록 보충하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 비수용적 환경의 정서적 학대 경험은 자신을 억압하고 수용 받지 못하는 환경 속에서 방황하는 삶을 살아간다. 삶에 대한 기대 없이 방황하던 끝에 슬픈 자신이 인지되고 변화에 대한 욕구를 가지게 된다. 둘째, 자신이 가진 감정과 욕구를 가족에게 서툰 방식으로 표현하게 되고 그것을 수용해주는 가족들에게 낯설고 어색함을 느껴 혼란스러워하는 모습을 표현하였다. 셋째, 부모님을 이해하면서 자동적으로 반응 했던 상황 속에서 자신의 삶에 대한 희망을 가지는 삶을 표현하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 정서적 학대 경험의 이해를 돕고 회복되는 것에 있어 효과적인 치료적 개입방법을 제공할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is to review the process of changing the inner self - representation that is structured through the process of recognizing and expressing the desire of a child who suppressed himself due to the automated feeling from the experiences of not accepted in the recovery process from emotional abuse. For this purpose, this study used the study method of the Cultural Technology Journal to view and analyze one phenomenon in social context. Steele s theory of emotional abuse is described on the basis of object relation theory. In addition, the autoreflective pattern was supplemented with the theory of neuroscience to interpret and understand it scientifically. The results of this study are as follows: First, the experiences of emotional abuse in the non-acceptance environment led to suppression of the self and the a troubled life, in the environments of not being accepted. After living a life with no expectation, the child perceived his inner self engulfed in sadness at the end of wandering and came to have a desire for change. Second, when he expressed his emotions, he became confused, finding the family accepting his emotions unfamiliar. Third, he came to express his hope for life, moving out of the situation where he just automatically responded, as he came to understand his parents. Based on these results, it would be possible to provide an effective therapeutic intervention method to understand and help recovery from the experiences of emotional abuse.
