영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors influencing company performances of women entrepreneurs with entrepreneur s experience. This study has been reviewed various theoretical research relating to characteristics of women entrepreneurs, company performance and entrepreneur s experience. In order to test the proposed model, a total of 130 completed the questionnaire, and we carried out data analysis using SPSS 15.0. The major results of this study is as follows. First, need for achievement of women entrepreneurs is not influenced by finance and non-finance performance. Second, vision of women entrepreneurs positively influence non-finance performance but finance performance did not. Third, opportunity perception of women entrepreneurs positively influence finance and non-finance performance and identified the moderating effect of entrepreneur s experience differences. The results of this study will provide practical implication on success of women entrepreneurs.
