영문 초록

The current legal framework is difficult to include lodging activate the rural areas because less operating as a hobby is a lot of expertise, practical difficulties. In this study, in order to enable small-scale lodging in rural areas, First, by unifying the law system in order to increase people through this gathering incomes and create jobs in rural areas through rural areas have tourist theme (B & B, pension, guest houses, rural experience, wellness activities, etc.) in rural areas. It should establish a legal and institutional system that can utilize the feature. Second, as improvements on the facility, by utilizing an extensive law effectively it requires a TF team to do the relevant staff to handle the work together to improve such facilities. and It developed a distinctive model for rural housing accommodation in that area only to have it is necessary to induce the improvement of existing housing, etc. Third, as operational improvements, there is a need for education and networking between organizations, businesses and operations that are directly related to the subject. Can be varied and uniform training improves attention and level of participation of local residents Fourth, as improvements on the promotion, research and data collected regularly in order to build the system is operating it effectively. Analyze and correct problems Chapter to identify the shortcomings should complement and enforce them.
