국문 초록

최근 샌드위치패널의 물류창고에서 화재가 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며, 화재발생시 화재하중이 크고 조기 소화활동이 어려워 인명과 물적 피해규모가 큰 것으로 조사되었다. 대형물류창고의 5년간 화재원인 조사 분석 결과, 부주의, 전기적 요인, 원인미상 순으로 나타났다. 이에 화재 시 물류창고의 인명피해 저감을 위해서는 사전 화재 안정성 측면의 평가와 소방관들이 효과적으로 진압을 위한 요소 기술과 구조물의 붕괴 전 대피를 위한 건축적 개선 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 샌드위치패널 물류창고의 효과적인 소화활동을 위한 유지관리 측면의 패시브 건축방재 기술과 액티브 기술을 적용한 건축적 대응방안에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 샌드위치패널 물류창고의 화재안정성 조사 및 분석을 하였으며, 효과적인 소화를 위한 골든타임 확보방안과 소방관의 소화진압 장비 활용방안을 제시하였다. 또한 화재확산 방지를 위한 외벽설치 방법, Fire Blocking과 인증제품 사용, 피난시스템과 소방시설 유지관리 등 건축적 대응방안을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

In recent, fire accidents have frequently occured in warehouses with exterior wall of sandwich panels, and higher fire loads have made fire fighting activities difficult, and it was investigated that the damage to life and property were severe. According to the analysis of bigger fire accidents in warehouses for 5 years, main causes were revealed as inobservance, electrical fire, and unknown cause. In order to reduce the damage caused by fire in the logistics warehouse, it is necessary to assess the fire safety, to develop the element technology for the suppression of fire-fighters, and to study the architectural method for the effective evacuation against the collapse of the structure. In this study, we have conducted research on architectural countermeasures with passive and active fire protection technology for the effective fire fighting activities of sandwich panel warehouse. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the fire stability of the warehouse, to suggest the ways to secure golden time and to utilize equipment for effective fire fighting. In this paper, we propose an architectural countermeasures, such as the exterior wall installation method, fire blocking and certification product use, evacuation system and maintenance of fire fighting facilities to prevent fire spread.
