국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 중학생의 희망이 성취동기, 진로장벽 및 진로태도성숙에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구를 위하여 상관분석, 중다회귀분석, t-검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 첫째, 상관분석 결과 희망과 성취동기 간에는 정적상관이 나타난 반면, 희망과 진로장벽, 그리고 진로장벽과 진로태도성숙 간의 상관에서는 부적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 희망은 성취동기의 하위요인 중 미래지향성은 특성희망의 통로사고와 주도적 사고, 상태희망의 통로사고와 주도적 사고에서 모두 높은 상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 특성희망과 상태희망 모두 진로장벽에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 희망과 진로태도성숙은 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 상태희망이 진로태도성숙을 결정하는데 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of hopes of middle school students on achievement motivation, career barriers and career attitude maturity. For the study, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and t-test were conducted. According to the results of the study, first, correlation between hopes and achievement motives showed a positive correlation, whereas hope and career barriers and career barriers and career attitude maturity matched negatively. Second, hope was highly correlated with future directionality among the sub-factors of achievement motivation in both passway thinking and agency thinking of trait hope and state hope. Third, both the trait hope and the state hope had a significant effect on career barriers. Fourth, hope and career attitude maturity showed a positive correlation, and the state hope had an important influence on the determination of career attitude maturity.
