국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 한국경영사학회 30년사 가운데 도약기의 주요 연구 활동 과 그 성과를 고찰하는 데 두었다. 한국경영사학회 30년사 가운데 도약기는 1995년부터 1999년까지 5년간의 기간이며 김성수 교수(경희대)와 고승희 교수(단국대)가 학회장으로 활동하던 시기이다. 이 도약기에서 경영사학회의 중요활동과 성과는 크게 세 가지로 구분할 수 있다. 첫째는 도약기에 빛나는 경영사 학술연구 성과 둘째, 창업대상 수상자 결정, 셋째는 도약기 해외 학술탐사와 국제심포지엄 개최 등의 성과이다. 먼저, 도약기에 빛나는 경영사 학술연구의 성과와 창업대상 수상기업의 선정 등 2가지는 경영사학회의 기본적 주요 연구 활동이다. 따라서 (1) 광복 50주년기념 해방둥이 기업연구(1995) (2) 교보생명 창업자 대산 신용호 연구(1996) (3) 창립 10주년 기념 특집 학술논문집 발간(1996) (4)아남그룹 창업자 김향수 연구(1997.상) (5) 호암사상 재조명 연구(1997.하) (6) 한국경영사학회 임원들의 추천 논문집 발간(1998), (7) 현대그룹아산 정주영 연구(1999) 등은 경영사학회 도약기의 주요 연구 성과로 나타나고 있다. 다음으로 경영사학회의 도약기에 이룩한 또 하나의 큰 성과는 해외학술탐사와 국제심포지엄으로서 (1) 중세 지중해연안 상업 및 무역도시의 학술탐사와 심포지엄(이태리 베니스, 1995) (2) 고대 상업 및 무역도시 학술탐사와 심포지엄(그리이스 아테네, 1996) (3) 북구 바이킹 후예를 찾아서-북구 상업 및 무역도시 학술탐사와 심포지엄(스웨덴 스톡홀름, 1997) (4) 중국 학술탐사와 심포지엄(장춘세무대학, 1999)등이 돋보이고 있다. 이상 한국경영사학회 도약기는 21세기 New Millennium를 맞는 성장발전기의 중심의 시기가 되었다.

영문 초록

The take-off stage of The Korean Academy of Business Historians 30 years is 5 years-period from 1995 to 1999 . The stage can divided into three key activities and performance First of all, distinguished academic research achievements on Korean business history during the stage. Secondly, selection of award winner for remarkable leading companies and those founders as entrepreneurs during the same period. Lastly, accomplishments of academic expedition abroad and international symposium on the history of business and economics in the globalization. In fact, academic research attainments and selection of award winners whom had great achievements in the business field as entrepreneurs were essential activities of the KABH during the stage; 1) The Studies on the Enterprises Founded at Independent year(1945) of Korea (1995)., (2) The Studies on the Yong-Ho Shin, Founder of Kyobo Life Insurance Co., Ltd (1996)., (3) The Studies on Hyang-Soo Kim, Founder of Anam Group(1997. A)., (4) The Review of Management thought of Hoam Bung-Chul Lee, Founder of Samsung Group (1997, B)., (5) A Studies to be sent to the editors, The Korean Academy of Business Historians (1998)., (6) The Studies on the Ju-Yung Chung, Founder of Hyundai Group (1999). In addition, the KABH achieved a great work in the stage that is accomplishments of academic expedition abroad and international symposium on the history of business and economics; (1) The Symposium on the History of Mediaeval Commerce and Trade City in the Mediterranean Sea (Venice Italy, 1995) and A Travel Report for Scientific of Medieval Commercial Town in Mediterranean Area (1995)., (2) A Travel Report for Scientific Research of Ancient Commercial and Trade Town : Overseas Research and International Symposium (Athens Greece, 1996)., (3) Northern Exposer : Descendents and China (Changchun, China, 1999).of Viking : Overseas Research and International Symposium on the of Business and Economics in Globalization (Stockholm, Sweden, 1997)., (4) Overseas Academic Research and International Symposium on the Business and Economic History of Korea Above the take-off stage became a pivotal moment of the growth phase faced the 21st New Millennium at the time.
