국문 초록

본 연구는 자폐스펙트럼장애의 사회적 기술 증진 연구를 중심으로 중재 및 치료 적용현황에 대해 국내․외에서의 연구 동향을 살펴보고, 그에 따른 중재방법의 질적 지표를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 2013년까지 자폐, 아스퍼거, 사회성 기술로 검색된 논문을 발췌하여 연령, 연구도구 및 전략, 연구방법의 목적과 중재 및 치료유형별 적용현황에 관해 분석하였다. 또한 중재방법의 질적 지표로 연구대상자의 장애특성, 인구학적 특성, 중재환경 요소, 도구적 특성, 타 프로그램과의 비교, 종속변인 향상 근거 등을 토대로 분석하였다. 국내와 국외 모두 다양한 접근법의 연구들이 시행되어왔으며, 인지중심중재 및 치료의 경우는 국내는 2003년부터 급속도로 가장 집중적으로 연구되어왔음을 알 수 있다. 특히 국내에서는 기타중심중재 및 치료가, 국외에서는 인간관계중심중재 및 치료가 꾸준히 연구되어오고 있다. 중재방법의 질적 지표 동향에서는 국내의 연구들이 연구대상의 인구학적 특성과 다른 도구에 비해 왜 이 도구를 사용해야 하는가에 대해 명확하게 기술한 연구논문들이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 증거기반실제를 위해 연구 시행 시 논의되어야할 연구도구와 중재전략의 접근법 및 실제적 기초에 대한 시사점들을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine trends and method(tool and strategies) of intervention for increasing social skills of autism spectrum disorders. Data was collected 46 regional and international papers which contains the keyword ‘Autism, Autistic disorders, Asperger, Social skill’ and published from 2000 to 2013. Analysis of data was used classification according to ages, tool and strategies, purpose of method and intervention, approaches of intervention. We also classified the factors of method as description of disabilities’ characteristic, demographic, intervention’s setting, characteristic, purpose, and effectiveness of tool and strategies compared with others. In result of this paper, various approaches of intervention have been conducted globally. Cognitive approach for intervention and treatment also was focused from 2003. Especially, Unclassified approach, for example, mediated music and art was researched in south Korea, however, interpersonal relationship approach was outside. In the result of analysis for factors of method(tool and strategies), the most regional studies absented explain and description of participants, and demographic, especially, why this tool and strategy compared with others for the participant. Therefore, this study suggested approaches and practical factors of tool and strategies to discuss for intervention and treatment on evidence-based practices.
