영문 초록

The objectives of research are to analyze on the economic cooperation procedure between Iran and European countries after 2016, focusing on the comparison of Germany and France, and also to study Iran s policy to assess potential developments relating with European countries. Iran government expected both two major countries in Europe to take advantage of the positive atmosphere following the lifting of economic sanctions. Iran’s oil production and exports rebounded quickly to pre-sanction levels after January 2016 with considerable political efforts. Iran, looking for investment within a massive economic cooperation, is under strategic progress in the next five years when a doubling export is possible. The European-Iranian relation is based on organizing Business diplomacy relation that aims to enhance trade and investment. However, the condition is venerable due to the international sanctions still in ready by the flexible stage with the Trump government. Actually an international political hegemony within Middle Eastern region is implemented in order to secure the geo-economic balance of oil production as well as religious conflicts.
