소양강 유역 합성단위도법의 매개변수 결정 및적용성 평가

국문 초록

최근 세계적인 기상이변으로 인해 이상홍수가 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며 우리나라도 이상홍수로 인해 홍수피해 규모가 날로 증가하고 있으나, 유출을 정확히 예측한다는 것은 대단히 어려운 일이다. 강우가 유역에 발생하면 흙의 종류, 토지 이용 상태 등에 따라 지표면으로 흐르는 유출량이 결정되며, 이 유출량의 시간적 분포는 유역의 크기, 하천의 상태 등에 따라 결정된다. 이러한 복잡한 과정의 결과를 해석하기 위해 실무에선 강우■유출 자료를 이용한 유출량 결정 방법을 사용하고 있다. 우리나라는 과거 수문자료 등의 부족으로 인해 대상 유역의 대표 단위도를 결정하기 어려우며 이에 대한 신뢰도가 매우 낮아 유역에서의 유출량을 결정하기 위해 합성단위도법을 ス 1주 사용하고 있다. 합성단위도법에는 Clark합성단위도법, Snyder합성단위도법, SCS합성단위도법 등이 있다. 따라서본 연구에서는 소양강 유역을 대상으로 Clark합성단위도법, Snyder합성단위도법，SCS합성단위도법을 이용한 유출계산을 실시하고, 매개변수를 추정하여 단위도법에 따른 특성을 분석하였다.

영문 초록

Extreme floodine has been frequently caused in South Korea by the global weather cnange. Flood damage caused by extreme flood has been also increased, however it is difficult to predict accurate outflow from the urban basin. When the rainfall occurs in the basin, the runoff is determined by the type o f soil and land use. Time distribution o f runoff is also determined by size o f the basin and the shape o f river. In practice, rainfall-runoff data is used to calculate the accurate runoff to interpret the complex hydrologic process. It is difficult to decide the representative unit hydrograph due to the lack o f the observed data. Therefore, the synthetic unit hydrograph method has been applied very frequently. Clark unit hydrograph, Snyder unit hydrograph, and SCS unit hydrograph are the most frequently applied synthetic unit hydrographs. In this study, the runoff in Soyang river basin is calculated using those three synthetic unit hydrograph and the results are compared to determine the typical parameters for the unit hydrographs and analyze the characteristics o f the parameters
