국문 초록

이 연구는 홀리스틱 관점에서 초등 체육교육의 영역 중 운동 역학적 원리의 이해가 내포된 영역과 단원을 찾아서 그 요소를 설명하는데 목적이 있다. 인간 내면의 정신 및 의지의 표명인 신체활동은 결국 우리가 만들어 내는 힘을 이용하는 것으로써 힘의 발현이 곧 의지의 실천이며 신체활동인 것이다. 실제 초등학교 체육교육과정에서 역학적 원리가 내포된 영역은 거의 대부분이었으며 그동안 간과되어 왔던 역학적 원리를 쉽게 설명함으로써 앞으로 교육 현장에서 학생들의 심신의 일원론적인 발전을 위해 기여할 여지가 크다고 판단된다. 또한 현장에서 가장 큰 문제로 두드러지는 여교사의 체육 교육의 기피 문제는 시범 위주의 체육 수업에서 움직임의 원리와 근거를 제시해 줌으로써 학생 스스로가 깨우치고 움직임의 동기를 부여해 주는 수업 장면으로 전환되리라고 기대하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 3·4학년군 중 3학년의 체육 교육과정만을 연구 대상으로 선택했으나 차후 4학년을 포함해서 다른 학년군에 확장하여 연구를 진행해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is that explain the elements about bio-mechanical principle for physical education in elementary school. Physical activity, which is the manifestation of the inner spirit and will of human beings, is ultimately based on the force that we create, so the manifestation of power is the practice of will and physical activity. In the physical education curriculum of the elementary school, almost all of the areas in which the bio-mechanical principles were implied are easily understood, and the bio-mechanical principles that have been overlooked in the past are easily explained so the there is a great possibility to contribute to the monistic development of the students in the future education field. In addition, the problem of avoiding the physical education of the female teacher who is the biggest problem in the field is expected to be transformed into a class scene that gives students and basis of movement in the demonstration-oriented physical education class. In this study, only the physical education curriculum of the third grade in the 3 rd and 4th grade group was chosen as the study subject, but the study should be extended to other grade group including the fourth grade.
