에니어그램 유형에 따른 행동방식과 사상체질의 상관관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 연구 대상자의 행동 동기(motive)를 다루는 한국형 에니어그램 성격유형검사 (KEPTI : Korean Enneagram Personality Type Indicator)와 사상체질분석 검사 II(QSCC II : Questionnaire for the Sasang Constitution Classification II)와의 상관관계를 조사하였으며, 에니어그램 프로그램을 활용하여 일반인의 성격유형을 탐색하고, 이를 바탕으로 성격유형 중 행동방식과 사상체질 특성 간에 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 그간 미흡했던 미용계의 사상체질에 관한 연구와 더불어 성격유형이라는 개인의 내적인 요인이 외적인 체질적 특성과 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 체계적으로 탐색 하였다는데 의의가 있다. 연구 대상자의 에니어그램 성격유형에 따른 사상체질분포는 전반적으로 고르게 나타났으며, 성격유형과 사상체질간의 확연한 분포 경향이 뚜렷하지는 않았으나, 사상체질에서 제공하는 성격 기질적 특성과 에니어그램 성격유형에 행동방식의 구분이 유사성을 나타내 었다. 행동방식 구분에서는 태음인, 태양인이 공격형(1, 3, 8)으로 37.7%, 소양인 유형에서는 순응형(2, 6, 7)이 37.2%로 높게 나타났으며, 소음인 유형에서 후퇴형(4, 5, 9) 성격유 형을 가진 사람의 비율(25.1%)이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 의해 에니어그램으로 미용산업의 고객에 대한 1차적 정보를 파악하여 이를 사상체질에 대입함으로서, 고객의 체질과 심리적 특성을 고려한 차별화되고 세분화된 서비스에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the correlation of Korean Enneagram Personality Type, which deals with the motive of conducts of the subject, and Questionnaire for the Sasang Constitution Classification II and invastigated the personality types of people by applying Enneagram program. Based on it, the Correlation between conducts and Sasang constitutional characteristics was analyzed. It is significant that this study is about sasang constitution which has not studied systemically in aesthetic field and investigated what kind of relations are exist between personality ,an internal factor, and external constitutional factor. The Distribution of Sasang constitution according to Enneagram personality type of Subject is shown evenly. The character traits provided in sasang constitution shows similarities to the conducts of Enneagram program, though the trend of distribution between peronality traits and Sasang Constitution is not clear. In the division of conducts, Teummin and Taeyangin, an offense-oriented(1, 3, 8), are 37.7%, and Soyangin, an adaptation-oriented(2, 6, 7), shows 37.2%, and retreat-oriented type(4, 5, 9) appears high proportions (25.1%) in Soumin type. It is considered that this study can be used in subdivided and differentiated services which take constitutional and phychological traits of subjects into account by understanding the primary informations in respect of customers in beauty industry and applying it on Sasang constitution.
