영문 초록

Of the many concequences resulting from differential rates of growth between sectors, the tendency for per capita or household income to diverge between the farm and non-farm sectors must receive policy consideration of the highest priority. To decrease the differential gap between sectors in terms of per capita income, farm household income should be increased by annual average rate of 6.5% during a 15 year period from 2001 to 2015. The present government financial investment for farm sector should be doubled to achieve the income parity between farm and non-farm sectors.
