국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 도심보행전용가로인 청주시 성안길의 보행환경에 대한 상인 만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 설문조사 방법 및 통계분석 방법을 도입하였다. 설문은 총 27개의 문항으로 구성되었으며 그 중 9개는 안전에 대해, 10개는 편리성에 대해, 6개는 도심기능성에 대해, 마지막으로 1개는 전체적인 만족도에 대한 것이다. 그리고 성안길에서 일하고 있는 상인들에게 이 질문을 이용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 다중 회귀 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 1) 상인들의 만족도는 안전성, 도심기능성, 편리성 순으로 나타났으나, 모든 부문의 만족도 수준은 낮았다. 2) 3개의 부문 중에서 도심기능성이 상인 만족도에 가장 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 볼거리, 놀거리, 살거리가 성안길 상인 만족도에 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the merchants satisfaction level regarding built environments of the pedestrian street in the commercial business district (CBD) of Cheongju City. To reach the objective, this study employed questionnaire survey method, and statistical analysis method. The questionnaires were composed of 27 questions (9 for safety, 10 for convenience, 6 for the functionality of the street, 1 for general satisfaction level), and distributed to the merchants working on the pedestrian street (Seongan-Ro). This study has found the following results through multiple regression analysis. 1) Merchants showed their sat-isfaction level in the order of safety, street functionality, and convenience, but the levels of all categories were low. 2) Among three categories, street functionality was the most important factor that affected the merchants satisfaction level. Especially, the things to see, play, and buy were statistically significant to de-termine the satisfaction level of merchants in Seongan-Ro.
