국문 초록

전 세계적으로 물부족 사태는 매우 심각한 상황에 이르렀다. 우리나라도 예외는 아니어서 용수부족이 예상된다. 지하수는 이러한 문제를 일부 지역에서 해결해 주는 역할을 할 수 있으며, 특히 강변여과는 위치와 규모의 제약에도 불구하고 저수지들이 지니고 있는 문제점들을 극복할 수 있다고 알려져 있다. 강변여과 적지분석을 위해 댐건설 지연과 물부족을 겪고 있는 네 지역을 선정하여, 갈동을 해결하고 대안의 우선순위를 결정하는 분석도구인 계층분석과정(AHP)을 적용하였다. 또한 AHP를 이용한 분석결과를 기존 연구와 비교하였다. 개발된 강변여과 적지분석 방법론은 합리적 의사결정을 위한 판단근거를 제공할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The lack of water resources is becoming a serious issue throughout the world. The water shortage in Korea is expected to increase. Groundwater can be a solution to this matter in some places. Especially, bank filtrations are known to be advantageous over conventional reserviors, even if they have some drawbacks such as their limited location for development and small sizes. The AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is an analytical tool, supported by simple mathematics, which enables one to explicitly rank tangible and intangible factors against each other for the purpose of resolving conflicts or setting priorities. In order to check the applicability of AHP to the evaluation of bank filtration sites, four candidate locations were chosen. They have suffered from problems like water-supply shortage and delayed dam construction. The analysis results are compared with those of the previous study using a conventional method. It is believed that the developed method can a basis for reasonable decision-maki ng regarding bank filtration development.
