국문 초록

카드뮴(Cd) 에 대한 지렁이의 독성한계를 결정하고，생물적 농축능력을 평가함으로써，잠재적 독성원소가 높은 유기성 폐기물의 안전한 처리를 위한 vermicomposting의 이용가능성을 검토하였다. 우분에 첨가한 카드융 함량은 0(대조구), 50, 100, 200, 400 , 800 , 1600 mg/kg의 7수준이였다. 우분내 카드융 함량의 차이에 따른 지렁이의 생존율，사육종료시의 개체당 평균생체중，증체율,난포수，산자수 빛 잔식량에서는 유의한 차이가 인정되지 않아서，우분내 카드융 함량이 1600mg/kg까지는 지렁이의 생육에 별다른 영향을 미치지 않는 것으후 판단되었다. 생육형질간의 상호관계를 살펴본 결과，생존율과 난포수간에는 0.1% 수준의 유의성이 인정되었고，실험종료시 평균생체중과 잔식 량간에는 5% 수준의 유의한 부(-)의 상관이 인정되었다. 지렁이 체내의 카드융 축적량은 카드융 함량 956. 8~ 1116. 6 mg/kg범위에서 최대 축적량인 283. 8~396. 2 mg/kg을 나타낸 후 점차 감소하였다.

영문 초록

This study was performed to investigate the growth response of earthworm (Eisenia foetida) in cow manure added Cadmium (Cd) and therefore , to estimate the toxic thre shold level of Cadmium and the levels of Cadmium in cow manure for obtain-ing the maximum Cadmium-concentration enable to accumulate in earthworm tis-sue. Seven different concentrations of Cadmium added in cow manure were 0 (control), 50, 100, 200 , 400 , 800 , 1600 mg/kg, respectively. Survival rate (SR), mean fresh weight of adult worm at final time (FW2) , increasing rate (IR) ‘ number of cocoon (NC), number of young worm (NY) and residual matter (RW) were not significantly different among Cadmium concentrations in cow manure. Of the measured growth-charac teristics , survival rate (SR) had a significantly positive correlation (p< O. 001) with number of cocoon (NC). But mean fresh weight of adult worm at final time (FW2 ) had a significantly negative correlation (p< O. 05) with residual matter of cow manure. The maximum Cadmium concentration accumulated in tissue was ranged from 283.8 mg/kg to 396.2 mg/kg. It was obtained at the level of 956.5 mg/kg and 1116.6 mg/kg in cow manure addecl Cadmium, respectively.
