전문대생의 경력개발역량이 긍정심리자본과 경력탐색행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 개인의 경력개발역량이 긍정심리자본과 경력탐색행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2개 전문대학 1학년 재학생 223명을 대상으로 실증연구를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 경력개발역량은 긍정심리자본의 자기효능감, 희망, 복원력, 낙관주의에 유의미한 영향 을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 경력개발역량은 경력탐색행동의 직업에 대한 탐색과, 자신에 대한 탐색에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본의 자기효능감과 희망은 경력탐색행 동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음을 검증하였다. 넷째, 긍정심리자본은 경력개발역량과 경력탐색행동 간 의 영향관계에서 부분 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 전문대생의 긍정심리자본이 높아지도록 동기부여 환경을 제공하는 것이 경력개발역량과 경력탐색행동의 성과 연결될 수 있음을 제시하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 연구의 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects on Positive Psychological Capital and Career Exploration Behavior of individual Career Development Competency. A series of empirical studies have been done for this research with 233 freshmen of two junior colleges. The outcomes of the research are as follows. First, it is proven that Career Development Competence has meaningful influences on Self-Efficacy, Hope, Force of Restitution, Optimism of Positive Psychological Capital. Second, it is proven that Career Development Competency has positive influence on searching for jobs and searching for the self in the course of Career Exploration Behavior. Third, it is proven that Self-Efficacy and Hope of Positive Psychological Capital has positive(+) influences Career Exploration Behavior. Fourth, it is proven that Positive Psychological Capital affords partial mediation on influence relationship between Career Development Competence and Career Exploration Behavior. Through this research, it is suggested that affording incentive motivation to enhance Positive Psychological Capital of junior college students can lead to the positive outcome of Career Development. It is also suggested that enhancing psychological motivation by developing educational program that draws active participation of the students can strengthen the employment competitiveness of the students. Based on the results of the research, the limits of the research and directions for future research are suggested.
