영문 초록

There has been a growing need for the provision of various services and complex fishery refrigerated warehouse. In this study, the economic feasibility on a fishery refrigerated warehouse was analyzed, which is one of the marine business to increase the income of Gamami villagers located the nearest neighbor from nuclear Hanbit nuclear power site. Also, we estimated the cost and benefits connected with the project in order to determine the construction of the refrigerated warehouse project, it was evaluated the economic feasibility based on such results. It was analyzed that the economic feasibility is very large, because the result was shown about 2.75 million won, B/C ratio 1.29. The reason is that the project cost should be to receive support from the Hanbit nuclear power site, but the cost was calculated only operating costs and the benefit was limited within a profit regarding the operating, and the indirect effects were not considered due to the commercial facilities. According to this study, it was analyzed the initial investment of 77 billion won is taking the economic feasibility because of sunk costs. The reason is because the fisheries warehouse should be completed and the cash flow is generated since the start of the operation from the view point of fishermen. Second, the warehouses need complex operations in order to increase the added value because of low profitability in case of an unreasonable operation. Finally, the economic analysis of this study is expected to be a reference when public institutions try to promote various projects to increase the income of the town to resolve complaints.
