국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 학교부적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 경북지역 중학생․고등학생 633명을 대상으로 가족건강성, 자아정체감, 대인관계의 직․간접적 관련성을 분석하였으며, 종속변수인 학교부 적응을 완화시킬 수 있는 요인들을 도출 하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 의 학교부적응에 대한 영향요인을 살펴 본 결과, 가족건강성, 자아정체감, 대인관계와 학교부적응 간에는 유의미한 부(-)적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조사대상자가 지각하는 가족건강성과 학교부적 응의 관계에서 자아정체감 및 대인관계의 매개효과를 분석한 결과 4개의 간접경로가 존재하였다. 결론적 으로 본 연구는 청소년의 가족건강성, 자아정체감, 대인관계가 청소년의 학교부적응을 완화시킬 수 있는 주요 요인임을 확인하였다. 학교부적응을 완화시키기 위해서는 가족건강성, 자아정체감, 대인관계의 강화 가 청소년들의 보다 행복한 학교적응을 도울 수 있는 영향요인이며 사회복지실천에 있어서 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라고 생각한다.

영문 초록

The research has been conducted to figure out the elements that help resolve the school maladjustment of adolescents, a dependent variable, by analyzing the direct and indirect relationships between family strengths, ego-identity and relationship on youth's school adjustment. To conduct the research we surveyed 633 students of middle and high school. Firstly, as the elements that influence on the adolescents' maladjustment to school, family strengths, ego-identity and relationship have meaningful negative correlation with the school maladjustment. Secondly, according to the analysis of the mediating effects that the subjects are aware of in ego-identity and personal relations in connection with family strengths and school maladjustment, there are four indirect routes as follows. The first route is connected to family strengths, relationships. and school maladaptation. The second route is family strengths, ego-identity, personal relations and school maladjustment. In conclusion, the research has found out that to mitigate the problem of adolescents' maladjustment to school, family strengths, ego-identity, personal relations should be reinforced, which are the key elements to help adolescents to adust to school happily and easily, and it also can be utilized as a base line data for social welfare practice.
