국문 초록

국제환경규제가 강화되면 수출지향적인 우리나라는 수출이 감소될 뿐만 아니라 규제범위가 확대되고 있기 때문에 공급망 내의 모든 산업이 영향을 받는다. 반면에 적극적인 환경규제의 선제대응은 기술혁신을 통해 새로운 환경산업을 창출함으로써 기업 및 국가의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문은 전기ㆍ전자산업을 중심으로 주요 교역국 환경규제 현황과 환경규제의 특성을 고찰하고, 국제환경규제에 대한 기업과 정부차원의 국내 대응방안을 모색한다. 이 논문의 목적은 국제환경규제에 사전적 대응방안을 마련하여 국가와 기업의 지속가능발전에 도움을 주는 것이다.

영문 초록

Strengthening the environment regulations will reduce the export of Korea that has an export-oriented industrial structure. As the environment regulations expand their range, they will affect all companies within the supply chain. However if Korea takes the preemptive response to aggressive environmental regulations, it will increase the national competitiveness by creating new environmental industries through technological innovations. This paper considers the current situations and characteristics of the key trading nations' environmental regulations in electric & electronic industry. And it searches the countermeasures against the key trading nations' environmental regulations from the perspectives of government and companies,The purpose of this paper is to help the sustainable development of Korea and Korean companies by providing proactive countermeasures to International environment regulations.
