수출기업의 자산특유성과 관계학습이 공급사슬 시스템 협업과 유연성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

효과적인 공급사슬관리는 현대 기업에게 있어 경쟁적 환경을 극복하는데 필수적 역량으로 부각되고 있다. 또한 다양하게 변화하는 환경에 적절히 반응하는 기업의 역량은 어느 때 보다도 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경에서 자산특유성, 관계 학습과 시스템 협업 및 sc 유연성 성과의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공급사슬 네트워크를 구축하고 있는 187개 국내 수출업체로부터 수집한 설문을 활용하였고 문헌연구를 통해 5개의 가설을 제시하였다. 실증분석은 PLS-SEM을 활용하여 이루어졌다. 실증분석결과, 자산특유성과 정보공동해석은 시스템 협업에 주요한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 관계정보개선도 시스템 협업에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 하지만 정보의 공유는 시스템 협업에 별다른 영향력을 미치지 못하였다. 시스템 협업은 수출기업의 공급사슬 유연성 성과 제고에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있다.

영문 초록

Effective Supply chain management has come to the fore as the necessary ability to overcome competitive environments at modern business. Firms' capabilities to response adequately to variable business environment are more important than ever before. Against this backdrop, this study examines the structural relationships between asset specificity, relationship learning and system collaboration, SC flexibility. The questionnaires were collected from 187 Korea export firms constructing supply chain networks. Based on a literature review, five hypotheses was put forward. PLS-SEM was also applied to test relationships among the factors in the study. From the empirical study, it is found that both asset specificity and shared interpretation are critical factors affecting system collaboration. Developing memories also have a positive effect on system collaboration. However, information sharing has no effect on system collaboration. System collaboration has a positive effect on SC flexibility.
