국문 초록

본 연구는 시청각적 매체를 활용한 직업훈련프로그램이 비고용 지적장애인의 요리기술에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해, 특수학교 전공과를 졸업한 후 2년이 지난 현재의 시점까지 비고용의 상태로 가정 내에서 머물고 있는 지적장애인 세 명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 그리고 연구 대상으로 선정된 비고용 지적장애인의 가정 내 생활 스타일과 문화에 근거하여 직업훈련프로그램을 제공받을 수 있도록 시청각적 매체를 직업훈련프로그램에 삽입하여 중재프로그램을 구성하였다. 여기서 고려된 시청각적 매체란 기본적으로 컴퓨터와 스마트폰에 기반을 두고 있으며, 컴퓨터의 전자메일, 동영상 파일, 한글문서와 스마트폰의 영상통화가 하위기능으로 포함되었다. 또한, 이런 하위 기능들은 연구 대상들이 상호 통합적으로 활용할 수 있도록 촉진하는 차원에서 독립변인으로 구성되었다. 독립변인은 연구자와 연구 대상들이 상호 직접 만나지 않는 간접적인 의사소통을 전제로 하였으며, 연구 대상들이 가정 내의 컴퓨터가 위치한 장소에서 스마트폰의 영상통화를 통해 연구자가 전제메일로 송부한 수업 자료를 학습하는 체제로 구성되었다. 종속변인은 사업체 식당을 소재로 한 요리기술로서, 된장찌개 끓이기와 오이김치 만들기의 두 가지 하위기술로 구성된다. 연구 결과, 비고용 지적장애인은 중재프로그램을 통해 요리기술을 효과적으로 습득 및 유지한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job training program using audiovisual media on cooking skills of unemployed individuals with intellectual disabilities. For this purpose, three individuals with intellectual disabilities staying at home as unemployed for two years after graduation from special purpose high school were selected as subjects of this study. In addition, an intervention program was organized by inserting audiovisual media into job training program to provide job training based on lifestyle and culture of the selected unemployed individuals with intellectual disabilities. Here, audiovisual media are based on computer and smart phone, e-mail, video file, and korean word processor document of computer and video call of smart phone were included as subfunctions. Also, such subfunctions were regarded as independent variables as to facilitate integrated use by subjects. Indirect communication in which the researcher does not directly meet subjects was premised for independent variables, and the system allowed subjects to study learning materials sent by the research through e-mail using video call on smart phone in a space at home with computer. Cooking skills based on a restaurant was set as dependent variable, and it consists of two sub-skills including soybean paste stew and cucumber Kimchi. As a result of study, unemployed individuals with intellectual disabilities were found to effectively learn and maintain cooking skills.
