영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify self-management of highschool athletes necessary to guide them effectively. The subjects are 213 highschool athletes (153 boys and 60 girls). The measured instrument which used for this was a questionaire. the tools used in the study are Athletes' Self-Management Questionaire (2003). A survey was conducted by means of self-administration. For data analysis, t-test, ANOVA was carried out using the SPSS win Ver. 12.0. 1) The difference of self-management strategies according to gender ; In the interpersonal relations the group of girls is higher group of boys (p<.01) and in mental care the group of boys is higher group of girls (p<.01). The physical care and training management was not significant difference. 2) The difference of self-management strategies depending on the school year ; In the interpersonal relations the group of 3 grade is higher group of 1 and 2 grade (p<.05) and in training management the group of 1 and 2 grade is higher group of 3 grade (p<.01). The physical care and mental care was not significant difference.
