영문 초록

The problem of the aged has become significant social problem, and the resolution against the problem has risen important issue in almost every country. It is no exaggeration to say that Korea faces this situation. As a resolution against social problems, social welfare for the aged is more important field than any other in divers social welfare fields For this purpose this thesis developes theory of practice that community orginization, professional social work method, is applied to social welfare for the aged. Especially problem-solving model is used for construction of practice theory, and that practice theory consists of five processes. These are : (1)definition of problem, (2)construction of structure for problem-solving, (3)design of goals and strategy, (4) implementation, and 15) evaluation and termination. In each process role of worker is delineated.
